01Where does it hurt?
Pick a spot on the body. You’ll see what it might be, what we’d do, roughly how many sessions it takes and what it costs, then send it straight to a physio.
Sudden weakness, numbness around the saddle area or loss of bladder control? Don’t wait for physio. Call 999 or NHS 111.

07All the facts
Costs, insurance, cancellations, what to wear, and when physio isn’t the right first step. Flip a switch to read.
No. You can book yourself in directly. If you’re claiming on insurance, some insurers want a GP referral first, so check your policy.
60 minutes: we talk through your history, assess how you move, explain what’s going on in plain English and start treatment. You leave with a written plan and exercises in our app.
Assessment £70, follow-ups £55. Most people need 3–6 sessions in total, so typically £235–£400. Packages bring that down. We’ll tell you honestly at the first session.
It secures your slot and stops no-shows, which keeps waiting times short for everyone. Cancel or move for free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, the fee is kept.
We’re recognised by most major UK insurers. Pay when you book and we’ll send an itemised invoice to claim back, or bring your authorisation code and we’ll bill the insurer and refund you.
Every clinician is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). “Physiotherapist” is a protected title in the UK. Their numbers are on this page.
Something you can move in. Shorts for knee, hip or ankle problems, a vest top for shoulders and backs. Running shoes if it’s a running injury.
